I got invited on the Salt Box School whale watch last Thursday. Good thing it was Thursday because the weather has been nasty every other day. Thursday was gorgeous: cool temperatures, but no wind. There were big rolling swells and the whales were everywhere. They were busy feeding on sand lances (or sand eels).
